About Shaping Future Leaders
Shaping Future Leaders (SFL) is a federally registered non-profit founded in March 2023 dedicated to empowering youth through leadership development.
Through community driven initiatives such as the Autism Buddyship Program, Peer Learning Program, Public Speaking Seminars, Business Workshops, Mock Debates and Tournaments, we equip youth around the world with the essential skills needed for success. We encourage practicing and enhancing leadership skills through project operations and team collaboration.

What Makes Us Unique
International Resources
With most of the other youth development organizations being based in one country only, SFL has members in 7 countries, Canada, US, China, and Australia, which allows us to have many more resources than other organizations similar to SFL.
Diverse Events
In SFL, we have a wide variety of events such as Public Speaking, Debate, Peers Learning, Business, Autism Buddyship Program to ensure that everyone can find something for them.
Many Styles of Debating
Currently, PF is popular in the U.S. and China, so there are fewer BP competitions and resources in the U.S. and China, and fewer PF competitions in Canada. We can provide both PF and BP resources which is not something a lot of other debate organizations can do.
Leadership Practice
We encourage practicing and enhancing leadership skills through project operations and team collaboration. By taking on diverse roles within projects, individuals can develop a well-rounded understanding of team dynamics and decision-making processes.
Our Growth
Since SFL's founding in 2023, we have gradually expanded to more than 1000 teenagers worldwide, covering countries like Canada, China, the US, and Australia.

Leadership Programs
One-on-One Online Support for Children with Special Needs
We offer free, one-on-one online sessions individually tailored to each child's needs, fostering growth in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. We also help them build confidence, improve communication skills, and develop lasting friendships.
At the same time, we can also provide group classes, such as reading classes, painting classes, singing classes, etc. We conducted reading group classes for 18 consecutive months for special autistic children of a well-known charity organization in the United States.
